When i was bringing my things in, i had a washer/dryer combo that was HEAVY and it was just my daughter and i trying to get it off the truck. Joran helped us. I couldnt tha k him enough. Hes such a nice guy too. Very polite. The building is always clean. They have dollies you can use. The only negative is that i can never find a trash can. Im currently planning on moving to a different facility bc theyve raised their prices too much since ive been there. I found other places that are 1/2 the price. Unless they can lower my bill, im moving.
