Im currently going on 9 months of a door project that's still not done right! I have numerous emails, phone calls, even visits to my home and things still aren't corrected. I keep being told they make it right and are waiting on product to come in but at this point Im not buying it! Ill never do a project through Lowes again!!!! Its sad I've done alot of business with Lowes over the years and numerous projects to my home through them but this is horrible customer service! I paid they got their money but all I got was screwed!!!!

I had a problem with a online order. (Supposed to be next day delivery) After a week chatting with Ai and agents,and constantly being told give it 24 hours. Two phone calls from Cynthia and the problem was solved. She absolutely went above and beyond

Not a great experience. Came in early Saturday looking for a few supplies to build a box I am working on. Needed wood cut but was told to wait since the guy who cut wood wasn't around. Walked thru the store twice before getting annoyed with the time it was going to take to find the 4 or 5 items I needed. To much to look at just created to much decision fatigue. Ended up leaving to order everything online instead. Probably won't order from Lowes

This store deserves a zero stars but you can’t do that. I had scheduled a curbside pickup order. I parked, check in and stared to wait. 20 minutes later still no one. I had to finally walk in and employee standing around talking. Didn’t get I’m sorry about the wait or anything. Mind you there were NO OTHER CURBSIDE PICKS while I was there. This store has become horrible the last year!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
