- SZStan ZevorichMay 13, 20251.0On their webpage, T.G. Carpentry claims customer satisfaction is their number one priority. This is actually only true until you pay your invoice. In March 2024, they did a brick paving job for me that began falling apart just weeks after completion. For over six months, they told me they would fix it but never showed up. Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did they come out to fix it. They did a quick and inadequate fix, but Dave gave me a one-year guarantee on the repair. Over the winter, the repair has failed, and the bricks are falling apart again. Now they will not return my calls or texts and will not honor their guarantee on the repair. Over one year since this project was installed, I now have to find another contractor to come in and fix the sloppy work done by T.G. Carpentry, all at my own expense.
