    employees don’t say a word to you, don’t ask if you need help - had a hard time finding what i needed and eventually circled the store until i found it. lady at checkout approached me and goes “can i help you”? in the most backhanded way, i honestly wanted to leave the items😭i then i told her i was checking out, and that i can do it myself, as it was the SELF CHECKOUT. you can call me a karen but that’s not a proper greeting. otherwise store is clean. there’s a lot of stuff for everyday needs, including clothing and pet items which i thought was cool

    Thought i would give this establishment a chance ....as between this blue store and the other orange store, they have managed to push most of the GOOD local/real hardware stores out of business. I needed a power cord for my new stove .. 4 prong, 50 amp, 3 to4 feet long as i didn't need a coil of extra wire lying under my stove so 3 foot=optimum length. First off could hardly find an associate to ask if they had any power cords for stoves as after walking the electric area aisle i saw...none. An associate .....Walked with me to appliance aisle to ask that area associate if he knew of where i might find one. This guy throws up-his arms and acts as if how dare you ask me for help, even though no other customers in sight . Guess i was bothering his quiet time.He points to a rack... Over there. I walk over ... one 10 foot cord, i asked any other cords available from a distance... his answer 'What's wrong with that one' in a condescending voice. I walked out and decided , i will not come here for anything. Salesmen are a businesses first line representing the company. This guy needs to read his job description and understand what is there for. He lost them a customer.

    I'm working on a DIY project and this was my first stop. I might be brand new to learning how to do things but Melissa took her time and helped me find what I needed (unlike the older male who pointed me to an aisle and walked away)

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robin, Mary, and Mike at Lowe’s. What started as a stressful, last-minute trip turned into one of the most genuine customer service experiences I’ve ever had, coming from a dealership Customer Relations Manager. We came into the store about 30 minutes before closing because we needed a new stove. We were down to one working burner, and our oven wouldn’t heat past 330 degrees, cooking for our family of 6 had become incredibly frustrating. A friend had generously given us a $500 gift card, so we were really hoping to make something work. We found a stove we loved priced at $799, and Robin immediately stepped in to help us. She patiently answered all of our questions and truly wanted to help us make it happen. She even helped us apply for a Lowe’s credit card in hopes it would bridge the gap, but unfortunately we were denied. After checking our bank account, we realized we just didn’t have the extra money to cover the difference, especially with the sale ending the next day. Even though it was close to closing time, Robin never rushed us and made sure we understood all of our options. I asked about scratch-and-dent appliances, and Robin explained that Mary usually keeps customer information for situations like that. She took my information so Mary could reach out if anything became available. We drove home that night completely defeated. The next morning around 11 a.m., I received a call from Lowe’s — it was Mary. She explained that Robin had spoken with her supervisor, Mike, and together they worked out a solution. They were willing to mark the stove down enough for my $500 gift card to cover both the stove and the gas line. On top of that, they waived the delivery fee, and the stove could be delivered the very next day once I came in to pay. I asked Mary, honestly shocked, “So is this a floor model?” She replied, “No — we’re sending you a brand new one.” My heart absolutely skipped a beat. I went in immediately, completed the purchase, and our brand-new stove was delivered the next day. What Robin, Mary, and Mike did for us went far beyond standard customer service. Their empathy, teamwork, and willingness to truly help made a huge difference for our family. They didn’t have to go the extra mile — but they did, and it meant everything to us. This is how customer service should be done. Lowe’s is incredibly lucky to have them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
