  The young man David who helped us at the Lazy Boy store in Strongsville was absolutely fantastic. He was a great listener who helped me figure out exactly what would work for my limitations. He even found me the perfect fabric. He made it easy to make my choice with NO pressure.

  The staff at the Strongsville, Ohio store were EXTREMELY welcoming, helpful, and patient!! Furthermore, I LOVE my new recliner!! I saved up to specifically buy a La-Z-Boy. The reason for 3 stars is due to "company policy". I was disappointed to find I could not pick up my chair from the store or warehouse. A $100.00 delivery fee for a chair I could have easily put in my vehicle and driven the the whole 6.5 miles home is ludicrous.

  The employees were great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable! The issue is crappy equipment that made the transaction an issue! What are they doing with all the money they are making??? The sad part was an employee was willing to go out of her way to help us as customers to help make it easier for our sales purchase! The owners/ managers need to step up! Get newer equipment to assist the sales and make it easier for both the employees and customers!!!

  Brandi was simply amazing from her first visit into our home down to selections in the store . She is patient, knowledgeable and completely understanding of all decisions we made and very helpful with her suggestions.if you are looking for a experienced designer, decorator Brandi is your person . 🩷

  We recently purchased living room furniture and a dining table and chairs from the Strongsville store. From the sales experience, design process, to the delivery was just outstanding. Brandy spent quite a bit of time with my husband and I with selecting the right pieces, fabrics, area rug, end tables, lamps, console, loveseat and sofa that would look good and match our lifestyle. She is an excellent designer and we highly recommend her! The delivery team was very professional and respectful of our home and new furniture. Brandy went above and beyond by coming to our home the day of delivery to ensure all the furniture was placed where it was expected to be. She even cut the rug pad to fit perfectly under our new rug. If you are looking for new furniture and help with your design, we highly recommend Brandy and the Strongsville store!
