Bought a riding lawnmower, $2187, last year from Lowe's, as NEW. It worked once. no one at the store could help me then, no one noted I called with a problem. I just talked to a manager, Joe, in Boardman who was the rudest person I've talked to in years. he talked over me, interrupted me and told me that it was not the problem of Lowe's. How would he know when he didn't listen?
If you buy something from Lowe's, BE sure it's new!! they don't mark products as used. I don't buy used for this very reason.

I’ve had consistently great experiences with the team here overall. The staff is friendly, professional, and they usually go above and beyond to make sure things are handled the right way. Especially with Dan the manager, Ken at the pro desk, Patty at flooring, Debbie at checkout. As a Titanium member, I really value consistency and attention to detail, and most of the team delivers on that.
That said, I’ve had repeated issues when dealing with Belinda at the pro desk. Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances where my orders were handled incorrectly, and the communication around fixing those mistakes hasn’t been up to the same standard as the rest of the staff. It’s been frustrating, especially given my level of loyalty and frequency of visits.
I’m leaving this review because I do believe in the business and the majority of the team does a great job. I just hope management addresses the inconsistency so the experience matches the high standard the rest of the staff provides.
