    I visited Low’s to purchase a rug after seeing a specific price online. When I arrived, the in-store price was different. The first employee I spoke with was courteous and checked with his supervisor and told me we will adjust the price for you. However, during checkout, a different employee handled the situation very differently. Before I could finish explaining, she interrupted me and repeatedly stated, in a raised voice in front of other customers and staff, that she would not override the price. I found this manner of communication to be unprofessional, publicly humiliating, and disrespectful. Due to this interaction, I chose to leave my items and exit the store. While other employees were polite, this single experience has unfortunately made me reluctant to return. I believe customers deserve clear communication and respect, especially when resolving discrepancies.

    Supposed to have refrigerator delivered today. They say they will call when on the way, a 4 hour window. No call and I just finished up a meeting and saw them on the ring. By the time I got to the door they were gone. They were literally at my house for 2 minutes and left. Called Lowes and the man said he would call fulfillment center and call me back. That was over 3 hours ago, no call. Customer gives 4 hours to wait on them and they give you 2 minutes to answer a door and Lowes could care less. Had to put everything back in my fridge and hope for the best another day. Very poor customer service! Update: rescheduled for following day. Pulled it out of truck and had a scratch on the side. Canceled order. Lowes response to contact them.. cannot get to that link to reach out to them. It doesn't work. Typed in manually and.. nothing.
