Supposed to have refrigerator delivered today. They say they will call when on the way, a 4 hour window. No call and I just finished up a meeting and saw them on the ring. By the time I got to the door they were gone. They were literally at my house for 2 minutes and left. Called Lowes and the man said he would call fulfillment center and call me back. That was over 3 hours ago, no call. Customer gives 4 hours to wait on them and they give you 2 minutes to answer a door and Lowes could care less. Had to put everything back in my fridge and hope for the best another day. Very poor customer service!
Update: rescheduled for following day. Pulled it out of truck and had a scratch on the side. Canceled order.
Lowes response to contact them.. cannot get to that link to reach out to them. It doesn't work. Typed in manually and.. nothing.

I went today with some friends and was t planning on getting anything and I ended up getting a copper rod to do my twirling with like a baton but I didn't know where they were so I asked the nice lady up front if she knew and she looked it up for me and was very helpful. Everyone there always seems so happy to help and ready to give service where it's needed. I love going to these store like home Depot and Lowe's.

This particular Lowe's store definitely goes above and beyond. Ryan in appliances was more than helpful, responsive, and attentive to my needs for a measurement, install, and haul away of a new appliance in my rental property. He was very communicative and made sure the process was smooth and happened as quickly as possible. The installer was timely and professional and was able to get everything done without any issues. This will most certainly be my preferred store for all future needs!!
