    One star is too many. Go to the Lowe’s in Robinson, it’s worth the drive. I have had multiple Lowe’s deliveries and installations, all of which were delivered later than expected and/or installed incorrectly, if at all. I discovered after ordering a pallet of flooring that they do the “Same Day Delivery” service through DoorDash and it’s rarely the same day or the appropriate vehicle for what you order. I am appalled. I spend a ridiculous amount of money to get large items or appliances delivered to my home since I do not own a truck and then it shows up late - IF AT ALL! Another order I had a washer a dryer delivered but then they didn’t install the washer properly so it sprayed water everywhere causing damage to my home and the brand new units but then they left saying to call the Lowe’s store. They did nothing, of course, and I was left to clean up the damage and call someone else to finish the installation despite paying Lowe’s to “do it right”. I hope you never have any issues or questions with an order because good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone and if you do they’ll hang up on you. I spend more time per delivery on the phone trying to get a single person to answer than I would have spent just renting a truck and picking up the items myself from another place. The “Same Day Delivery” is a joke, the store is void of anyone helpful, nobody working there knows how to navigate a simple customer service inquiry, and I refuse to go back. The time spent driving to the Robinson Lowe’s is worth its weight in gold if I never have to deal with the Steubenville location ever again.

    Went into Lowes Steubenville, front of store was a mess at contractor entrance. Once inside it went downhill from there. Every aisle was cluttered, carts with empty boxes, larger carts in the way or stuff on them, heard the same page for wire cutting service about 9 times. I had one thing in my cart, other stuff I needed was behind more clutter. Left store on way out asked two clerks if either was a manager, no of course. Told them the store was atrocious and walked out. Should of taken pics. Store Mgr n DM need demoted or replaced.

    I had a really frustrating experience trying to resolve a simple return. I purchased two 10-foot plastic trench drains and a connector on October 23 for a concrete job that ended up changing, so the materials were never installed and are still brand new. I first spent over 20 minutes at the customer service desk in the store trying to get help. When that went nowhere, I called the customer service 800 number and spent another 45 minutes on the phone. After that, I’ve now also been chatting through the app for over 30 minutes trying to get someone to help resolve the issue. At this point I’ve spent well over an hour and a half trying to get assistance and still don’t have a solution. I understand stores have policies, but when a customer is trying to return unused materials and is even willing to accept store credit, you would think someone would be willing to help find a reasonable solution instead of sending them in circles between the store, the phone line, and the app. Very disappointing experience.
