There is no excuse for a massive hardware supply store like Lowe's to have such an incredibly dangerous drive and parking lot. Their refusal to clear ice is jaw dropping. You could host a hockey team on their parking lot and this was over Christmas/New Year's week. How is it that the library, the Aldi hell even the Applebee's beside Lowe's has cleaned drives but Lowe's did not. They literally sell snow removes

I understand that good help is hard to find but couldn't management find a quality employee to work in appliances. Went in Saturday night talked to a young lady very nice only person around. We asked questions and she was very helpful. I asked if she was working the next day and she said yes. Sunday we went back to purchase a refrigerator, I went back to the appliance department but was waiting for husband so I just stood and watched the lady at the appliance counter do nothing but feed her face. Two other couples were looking in the appliances and she did nothing. One couple walked away and she did address them. My husband showed up I went over to the desk, she didn't look up or acknowledge me. I said excuse me there was a young lady working yesterday that was helping us is she here today. She looked up and with an attitude said she is the only one working in appliances and she was there all day yesterday. I'm like you weren't here when we stopped by yesterday. We pointed out the refrigerator we wanted and she said I don't have any, we said the girl scanned it yesterday and said there was one. With a snarky attitude she said well that's what you get when you talk to someone else. After all that attitude she scans it and is like there is 1 left. No apologies for her attitude or that she was wrong and misspoke. She started to ring us up but I had to reopen my credit card so another customer came along and she just shuffled us off to a dept supervisor. He was very nice and helpful but he said she gets the commission. I said she doesn't deserve the commission. Really Lowes you can do better.
