- WWWylie WalnohaJul 3, 20201.0The worst deal I ever made. I was told 6 months same as cash and towards the end of the 6 months they tell me it was only 4 months. I never seen my lease agreement due to the pandemic and the store was closed. I feel that I was lied to, and I have no lease agreement to prove anything. I decided to pay off the bed early and I will never deal with these people again. Merchandise is poor and as everyone knows, way over priced. I will be sure to tell whoever asks my experience I have had and save anyone else I can from making the mistake I made.

However, a few times my payday doesn't come when the payment is due, and I pay my payment late, so the Aarons staff call me several times a day, and I work night shift, so I am asleep much of the day. One associate called and left a message, and he spoke in a very gruff tone, "you need to be in the store and make your payment by noon tomorrow!" Then he hung up. It sounded like he wanted to come to my home and break my knee caps...so I am not impressed with them constantly "reminding" me of a late payment. Especially when I do pay every month and have no plans of stuffing them.

When the final contract(s) were being reviewed, over the phone, concerning the agreements and the pricing, the pricing was not what was discussed when I was in the store the day before and nor confirmed earlier that morning prior to writing up the contracts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
