    Everytime you call, you’re put on hold forever and nobody ever answers. They leave you sit on hold and it’s hard to ever communicate with them, without going into the store.

    As a long-time pro-customer who has spent significantly at Lowe’s, I was disappointed that my request for a discount on a visibly rusted product was denied by Erica the manager. The item showed clear signs of corrosion, which I believe warrants a markdown especially for loyal customers. I hope Lowe’s will consider more flexible policies that reflect product condition and reward customer loyalty. Products is this condition should be thrown away.
