Needed help with locating a big Christmas item. Lady up front says go to 27 or 28 and ring a bell see no bell. Them she proceeds to find the guy tells me his location and ask him. He is already helping someone. I ask when your done with her can you help me. He said yes. Awhile goes by he's still not back. I go upfront to find someone else and the guy who was supposed to come back is just moving items off a shelf to clear it. Why is it sooooo hard to find an employee who can help you. I don't get it!!!

Not very helpful lots of employees walking around very busy but very short and brief with customer questions I don't want to think that they judge customers by their appearance and don't assist.
I was in the store shopping for bathtub and wrap around walls and the young lady was not helpful at all it felt as if I was disturbing her
I helped myself and figured it out but where I am from in Columbus customer service is always willing to assist and make suggestions

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
