  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Extra Space Storage on 1st St. in Springfield, OH. I’ve actually been there twice now, and both times, I left feeling like I made the right choice , not just because the place is clean and the prices are reasonable (though they absolutely are), but because of the people who work there. On my first visit, I went in just to check out a unit. DJ, the assistant manager, was the one who showed me around. From the moment we started talking, I could tell customer service was absolutely his thing. He didn’t just rattle off facts or rush me through the process. DJ took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel totally at ease, like I wasn’t just another person coming through the door. Sometimes you can tell when someone cares about their job, and, more importantly, cares about the people they’re helping. That’s exactly what I got from DJ. I felt listened to and respected the entire time. When I came back to actually rent the unit, Britney the manager helped me. Britney has this amazing way of making you feel right at home. She didn’t just handle my paperwork; she asked questions, made conversation, and really connected with me as a person. She made it clear my business mattered, and, honestly, those small gestures matter just as much as a good deal or a spotless facility. The process felt easy, and I walked away feeling confident that my stuff was not just safe, but valued. Sure, every storage place will promise climate control and good prices and security. But being able to trust the people you’re doing business with? That’s rare. At Extra Space Storage on 1st St., it feels like you’re more than just a number. Both DJ and Britney go out of their way to make a personal connection. and that’s what truly sets this place apart. If you want a storage facility that’s as big on customer care as it is on value and cleanliness, this is the spot. I highly recommend it, and I think you’ll leave feeling just as good about your decision as I did.

  The staff at Extra Space Storage in Springfield, Ohio, have always been very helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Their customer service is top notch. They are prompt in getting back with me and assisting with any questions or issues I may have. I love the climate controlled storage units. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs.

  The ease of renting the unit on line was fantastic. Stopping in the office to complete the process was also quick and hassle free. DJ was friendly and very helpful. Pricing was also fantastic. Being the first time renting a storage unit I had no idea what to do or expect. You couldn’t ask for a better place or friendlier staff. Highly recommend choosing them if you ever find yourself needing storage space.
