It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days, but Chike went above and beyond. The facility was clean, organized, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me even more peace of mind. If you’re looking for a storage place with excellent service and people who truly care, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage — and definitely ask for Chike if you can. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Five stars all the way!
