This was the worst visit to a Lowe's that I've ever experienced!
I was trying to buy tools that I needed from a cabinet, and I couldn't get any employee to help me. I asked the cashier, Cheyenne, for help, but nobody came. I couldn't find any employees until I was leaving, and there were 3 of them helping customers load appliances.
The attached pictures shows all of the isle, and not 1 employee in sight.

It’s 2025 — not 1995. There’s zero excuse for this. Every reputable retailer has unified pricing systems by now. If Lowe’s can process online orders for pickup at that lower price, then clearly they’re aware of the discrepancy and choose to let in-store customers pay more. That’s not an accident — it’s a business model built on deceit.
And let’s be clear: this kind of practice destroys customer trust. I’ve spent thousands at Lowe’s over the years. But after being burned by this ridiculous two-tier pricing scam, I’m done. There are too many honest competitors who respect their customers’ intelligence.
