I worked today with Jacob at the south lebanon store. He was so patient and helpful in my effort to make the right selection for my grout. He had excellent suggestions and went beyond the call of duty to assure I was satisfied with my decision. It’s impressive to find an employee who wants the customer to be pleased with their decision! Colors can be overwhelming, but I was very impressed with his expertise and willingness to make it the correct decision. Thanks Jacob!

While shopping for a self propelled mower, Derrick was most helpful. He listened to what was needed, showed what was on display, checked inventory and ultimately found exactly what was needed. We found him to be very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Derrick.

I gave it 3 stars because there was no cashier, self checkout only. My local Ace has the same pricing as Lowes. I know this because I was there yesterday and checked the pricing out at Lowes today. The only reason I stopped at Lowes was because I was going by it. I did buy at Lowes today, but I didn't know I was going to be the cashier also. Should I expect a payroll check from Lowes?

We have used this store since moving to the area in 2024. We purchased appliances that always had to be sent back for defects or refused outright due to damage.
Even with these issues we continued to use that store thinking that it was just a fluke.
We have purchased construction items for delivery and literally had to stop the driver before driving off because he left someone else’s order.
We have tried to find things at the store and find people to assist all with minimal success and long wait times.
Today we went to return an unused rotisserie for a Charbroil grill … the grill was also purchased by them and damaged during delivery but never resolved.
Purchased the rotisserie on 12/8 as a Christmas present and the first time weather is nice we try to use it and it is not the right one even though it says it will work on commercial charbroil grill that we have.
Manager isn’t willing to work with us after pulling up the receipt and it shows 90 days plus from purchase. Even though you can’t use it until now they were not willing to work with us for exchange or store credit. Looks like the additional $5000 we were looking to spend for deck material will go to a store with better service, quality control and product. We have spent thousands at that store specifically and they are going to not help us with $150 rotisserie. Goodbye Lowe’s store in Lebanon!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
