Walked in and asked a worker for 3 inch nails for my nail gun. He proceeds to tell me "we don't carry those anymore." Funny, I thought this was a hardware store and you sell all the nail guns. After a few minutes of walking around the store I found exactly what I had asked for. Indeed you do carry them you just didn't want to do your job. Then went and asked for someone to bring the pallet of 2x4's to my truck as I needed to load about 70 and they have always done this. The worker told me he can't do it because he is fulfilling online orders. I mentioned that the gentlemen up front told me to request you do this because I am here now and online orders can wait. He then proceeded to get an attitude and told me "he still won't do it." People just don't want to do their jobs anymore. It's very frustrating. If you hate your job, do better and can move up. Not with your attitude. Keep loading that lumber.

It was easy to find a place to park. The service was fast with no problems at all I was in and out in literally 1 minutes. Amy working customer service was helpful knowledgeable and very good lo.... at her job. I came to return extra bundles of tile.
Right away she knIw what to do. turn out i didn't buy the tile from Lowe's. I got it from floors and decor 25 miles away In

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
