    Mostly a standard Lowes. Had a slightly odd layout, at least compared to what I'm used to. The employee at the kitchen appliance area was very helpful and answered my questions well.

    My wife and I spent about two hours selecting blinds for our new home and made all the selections. The associate was very helpful. Then came time for the Installation team to make their measurements. I scheduled a time for this morning. They were supposed to come and take their measurements. They never showed up and they never called to say they were running late or that they needed to reschedule. This despite me calling them twice to see if they would be on time. They assured me on the phone that they would be there. However, this was not the case. The never showed up. This was Lowes subcontractors, names Crume Installations. I decided to call the Lowes in South Lebanon where I had set everything up so I could speak the store manager to see if she could help. I was told by the customer service representative that she was unavailable at this time (in an mtg) and she would call me back. An hour went by without a call so I called Lowes again. I was told once again that she was in a mtg and would call me back. I did not receive a call. I called a third time another hour later and was told the same thing. It is now six hours after my first call and I still haven’t received a call. Apparently Lowe’s has forgotten about courtesy and respect and valuing their customers. Lowe’s has now lost my business and I will take my $8,000-$10,000 purchase elsewhere. I will also share my bad experience with Lowe’s whenever the subject comes up. Don’t they realize that negative word of mouth is hard to overcome even with all their national advertising? Based on my experiences, I won’t waste my time with Lowe’s installations again. I would welcome a Lowe’s representative to contact me regarding this experience and how they can make it correct.

    Beyond frustrated with my experience. I ordered a storm door & installation back in September. It’s now November and still no storm door. It was supposed to take about 1 week after the door arrived, and it was in stock. Install was rescheduled 4 times now because the door was supposedly delivered to me (which it wasn’t) then after calling corporate & 2 stores, and corporate again, corporate said it was delivered to South Lebanon. Scheduled another install, they arrived at South Lebanon. Door wasn’t there. They called Colerain, they found the door there. Two days later, rescheduled install. Installer called me, went to South Lebanon location to pick it up. I guess the location wasn’t updated in the system? Was about to reschedule AGAIN but the nice man with a day full of Lebanon installs said screw it you’ve been rescheduled way too many times I’ll go drive all the way to Colerain to get your door. Thank god for him, but this process has been an absolute nightmare. Get your shit together Lowe’s. Don’t waste your time.
