Note to future tenants, there will be additional charges for insurance on the unit, and they very well may increase the monthly cost. They gave me two month notice of the increase, however, after moving out, one of the for managers had offered a rate adjustment. Do please keep that in mind also. Hope this helps. Good, clean, storage.
