I came today to use the drive in garage door right by the main doors because that’s closest to our unit and it appears a female employees car is parked in there. They are pulled all the way up to the left but not knowing if it’s a chstomer or not I didn’t want to block them in so I had to park and walk through the snow to get the door. I waited about 15-20 minutes to see if it was a customer and if they were moving and they did not. I find it a little rude if it was a workers Car in there, they could atleast put a note saying we can pull in behind them if that’s the case. It was a black suv with a believe a yankee candle air freshener and a disco ball hanging from the mirror. I proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes after I was done to see if they came back to the car and moved it or not and they did not. I also didn’t see anyone else in the units besides myself and the workers.

The facility is THEE cleanest I've ever been in or have used. Also, top notch security system (double locking and codes). I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has items that need to be stored well. 10 /10!
