I looked online and the Lowe’s website said they had the one I wanted in stock. Jarret in Appliances assisted me. We found that the refrigerator I wanted was not in stock, but there were two identical floor models. Jarret escalated the issue to the manager Brian. Thankfully Brian approved of selling me one of the floor models. (Normal policy doesn’t support selling floor models unless they are on clearance) I am so grateful that they had the refrigerator that I wanted, and that I was able to get it before my food spoiled. Great service, great price, and kudos to Jarret and Brian for making me a very satisfied customer!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
