- SCSteven CorySep 25, 20252.0It's a storage unit property, there's not much to critique, the gates work, the storage unit opens up, that's simple enough and earns the two stars. What earns my low review and why I caution anyone looking to rent a unit here is that in the 14 months I've rented, the storage units have risen from $81.76 a month (which I only got for the first 3 months), to $124.25 beginning in September 2024, and then recently to $159.01 in June 2025. There has been zero improvements on property or anything else done that would justify the increases. I cannot stress enough to look elsewhere, like Menards which is across the street first.
