It was delivered so I didn’t know that it was too big until it was too late within moments after being delivered I tried to call and they said my time my three day time limit had expired I said, but it just got delivered so how am I supposed to know that and then there was a tear on the wood on the recliner Part so initially I was gonna complain, but I didn’t feel like going through all that it was quite expensive, so my advice would be when someone buys this oversize chair. I would tell them to measure it and get an idea because if they don’t have a huge house, it’s probably gonna be too big Because you want the customer to be sure that it’s a good fit when you’re spending $1300 and that’s on sale. I did like the sales girl. She was very nice very pleasant personable but if you’re asking me what I would change that would be it. I would give you more time to send it back. I think 24 hours after delivery would be good. Thank you. Have a great day. Julie
