Order something only from this or probably any lowes they may give you a same day delivery guarantee. Dont believe it, they use gig workers instead of delivering bulky orders on their own and then refuse to cancel the order

Absolutely excellent one of the best experiences I've had in a long time the staff were very friendly and kind they allowed me to go around and take pictures to be able to promote the review system which blows my mind that some people will see you taking pictures and they get angry at you but they're going to use Google reviews to get all the information that we're providing them. Ughhhh. The store is very clean and tidy you can get all your hardware your home organization your flooring your kitchen your lighting your appliances your path your doors your windows your painting and boy do they have wood hahaha!!! I want to thank the staff for being so kind and for not giving me a hard time.
Did the owner I would tell you that you have some really good stuff here I hope you are taking care of them well!!!

I had many people stop to ask if I needed help today. When I needed assistance in the lighting dept two people assisted until we were sure I had the right product. And then was offered installation if needed. Go St Clairsville Lowes!! Great customer relations and service!

Went to buy a screen door from the Saint Clairsville, Ohio Lowes. They did not have in stock as they are always short on stock, so I had to go to Lowe’s in Wheeling West Virginia. Purchased a screen door there that was the incorrect size and took the floor model to help them out as it was not in the packaging. After realizing it was the wrong size. I returned it with the receipt and they refused to take it back. Spoke to the manager Bob and he refused to take it back. Told him I was a regular there and that I was trying to help them out. From now on, I will no longer shop at Saint Clairsville location.

If this is st. Clairsville lowes i give you 5 stars bc you always have what I need, HOWEVER the employees at this store are Rude. If you want real customer service with knowledgeable employees make the 10 min drive Easton 70 to wheeling wv lowes. This store is the best location I've ever been to. I've been to 5 different lowes location

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
