Whatever you do DONT go to Lowes for ANY appliances. My dad bought a washer and dryer set as a gift since I just moved here. In January 2024. He gave all the information needed to the appliance sales rep and all because it wasn't saved (specifically a phone number) I can't get my dryer serviced because it wasn't saved in their system correctly or his information wasnt. Getting service has been a NIGHTMARE. In 2025 I called the store and spoke to Dave the assistant manager. He was able to give me the same washer as a replacement (new) which by the way my dad bought a 5 year warranty that covered both washer and dryer but they can't help because again there's no phone number connected. So fast forward to now in 2026 there is now a problem with my whirlpool dryer. I called the store and no one can find my info because no phone number. I spoke to dave again, and this time, it was a little different because dave said, the only options you have is to have it serviced which you can't because there is no phone number connected, or I can come.And pick up your dryer and have it returned.But then it would go back onto a store merchandise card and that would be mailed to you.( which is a big pain in the butt and a lot longer for time) i spoke to customer service supervisor for over an hour.On the phone and they weren't able to find any information on anything.So he said, you're going to have to look at the lowe's card that you opened up, find the bank statement and give us the date and the exact amount.And call back. I call back and get all of that information.And the next person I spoke to said, I have to speak to assurant, which is the name of the company that covers the warranty. The lady from assurance says she cannot help me even though I sent her proof of the. Receipt that we ended up finding and there's proof of my warranty.
She still can't help me because she said I am not registered. I then call the store back and speak to the manager Ryan. ryan listens to about half of my story.Then, he says, actually you have the receipt.I didn't hear that part.Yeah, go ahead and send me the receipt and my team and I will get back to you in two days. So here I am still waiting to see if anything is going to be done about my dryer, or if i'm even going to get any help with it at all. I'd also like to mention for anybody that is planning on getting an appliance.Make sure you register.Because ryan told me that that is on us to do.We are supposed to register ourselves when we leave lowe's if we want to have anything serviced.

Can NEVER find help in the aisles. I'll see 2-3 associates, in an aisle talking to each other, as I go by. Then 3-4 aisles over I need help. So I go back to where they JUST were, and crickets, no one. And check out!! I get anxiety in public, and these people are literally so close to me, I can feel their breath. Either have a lane so I can have a cashier or back off of me! And absolutely do not come and start taking things out of my buggy bc ,"your helping me". If I want help, I'll ask. If I don't ask, or I'm not standing there, floundering with something, leave me alone! I've gone so far as to ask if they think I'm stealing or something bc they're standing so close. I turned to get another item from the buggy and very literally bumped into the older woman at check out. I get anxiety before I even enter Lowe's, anticipating how it's going to go!

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
