- SSStacyDec 21, 20253.0Can NEVER find help in the aisles. I'll see 2-3 associates, in an aisle talking to each other, as I go by. Then 3-4 aisles over I need help. So I go back to where they JUST were, and crickets, no one. And check out!! I get anxiety in public, and these people are literally so close to me, I can feel their breath. Either have a lane so I can have a cashier or back off of me! And absolutely do not come and start taking things out of my buggy bc ,"your helping me". If I want help, I'll ask. If I don't ask, or I'm not standing there, floundering with something, leave me alone! I've gone so far as to ask if they think I'm stealing or something bc they're standing so close. I turned to get another item from the buggy and very literally bumped into the older woman at check out. I get anxiety before I even enter Lowe's, anticipating how it's going to go!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
