- OMOld MCFrankApr 16, 20261.0Went there to make a key. Used the kiosk that presumably took someone's job or part of it. Was told, it couldn't make the key but for ~$19 one could be sent to my home. When I hit cancel, the unit made me go through multiple screens before it would release my key and even said, this key is rare and even locksmiths wont have it. Went to Ace, $5 for the key and walked out with it. Further, pricing here is almost always more than any other hardware store, even independent retailers. It's uncanny how often the same thing almost always costs more.

I was in and out of there so quickly I couldn't believe it! Mary took care of me with my phone number and made the whole transaction very smooth. She was extremely Pleasant! Kudos to Lowe's Westgate!

I stood there and decided I was going to run up the street to your competitor and take my business elsewhere. I walked back to the aisle to return my items and head out. While there, Scott happened to be walking by and greeted me with a smile, asking if there was anything he could help me with. At the same moment, I noticed another item on the shelf and asked a question. His warm, genuine tone instantly calmed my annoyance, and I decided to make another purchase. He asked about what I was buying, connected it to the recent storms, and then offered to take me to complete my transaction. I am not someone who leaves many reviews, but working in hospitality myself, Scott is the epitome of great service and deserves recognition. Thank you, my friend.
- THTimothy HuberFeb 28, 20263.0I Purchased a GE fridge from Lowe's Rocky River in April 2025. Last weekend (2/22/26) it went out completely. Lowe's told me the protection plan they sold me is no good in this situation because the unit is under 1 year old. They say I have to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer can't send someone out for another month. I went into the store to try and find a resolution. So far the store hasn't helped at all. We're without a fridge for a least a month. I'd be happy to update this review if the store offers some solution other than the unacceptable way it is being handled now.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
