They then sent someone out to re-measure and due to a door being out of stock our installation date was reset to early December. When the sub contractors came out 2 of the 3 doors were incorrect size so nothing was installed. We got no response from Lowe’s other than a survey about our satisfaction from our “completed” service. When my wife called back asking for a refund they said that was going to be tough as they closed the work order as completed. No work was done at the house at all and we still have our original doors. Lowe’s is supposed to call back but as of now no resolution and no doors for an order placed in April 2025. Update: Even though we have received nothing, Lowe's is refusing to give us a refund. We have received no goods or services

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
