I went to buy paint n had everything in my cart when "Marshall" customer service rep told me I did not need to buy all the stuff I had so knowledgeable!!!! I ordered 9 sheets of drywall for delivery .It was scheduled for Tuesday Sept 16th. Lowes said they would call or email Tuesday morning and let me know what time it would be delivered. Tuesday morning Lowes emailed me and said it would be there between 7:30am to 8:30am. . They didn't show at those times. I called Lowes at 9:30 to see where they were coming and someone in the delivery department said the Uber driver had not come in yet to pick it up. They said when Uber picked it up they would let me know when delivery would be coming . Around 10
I get an email that delivery would be at 10:30. to 1130 am .I emailed Lowes back and told them have the Uber driver call me when he was on his way. I never heard from anyone .Around 11:30 owner of the house where drywall was getting delivered calls and says Lowes came and left drywall in his driveway .I told Lowes to put in garage .It's a small driveway and the garage was right there with the overhead door open and plenty of room . I immediately called Lowes to have the Uber come back and put it in the garage. It took at least 20 min to talk to someone .They said they would get in touch with Uber and have them come back .By 1:30 nobody showed. I called Lowes back and again waited at least 20mins.to talk to someone . I asked to speak to the manager of delivery. He finally answered my call . He said he would check into this matter. and get back to me .Never heard from him. Over and hour gone by and I called back to Lowes delivery. Nobody answered. I called them back and asked to speak to Store manager and told him what was going on. He said he would check into it. I never heard from Store manager. I will not use this Lowes again.!
