I’m not sure if it’s something against black people but not one person helped us it took us 3 people to ask where something was. The icing on the cake is the lady Wanda that work in returns she definitely need to find a new job she’s rude and have a major attitude. It took my boyfriend to say you must be having a bad day for her to fix her nasty attitude. Please do better and give these people more training or find workers that’ care to help.

Tom in appliances told me "well there should be someone over there, and there's sinks over there but I don't know anything about them " after I told him I was looking to have Lowe's remodel 3 bathrooms and do all my floors . Probably 20k to 30k they lost in sales because they don't wanna serve people in their stores . Absolutely despicable. This store is not the same since Jeff left . Management should be ashamed .

Not sure of the girl's name but she was very friendly and very nice unlike two weeks ago when I came in and I left the review about that girl and she was not nice not friendly and did not even speak. Rolled her eyes because she had to check out my stuff. I realized they're just part-time high school kids but if they're going to get ahead in life they need to change their attitude in these kind of jobs early. When I was in high school I worked all kinds of jobs like these but I did my best and treated customers like they were royalty because they paid my salary. Very good review today though

He was making a return for store credit AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT COME TO THE FRONT TO KEY IN HIS CODE!! He REFUSED FOR NO REASON!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!! Lowe’s IS A COMPANY WITH ZERO INTEGRITY AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. SHOP ELSEWHERE!! There is ZERO CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE!!! They also REFUSED TO EXCHANGE A DELIVERY ITEM THAT THEY DAMAGED BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE THE 48 Hour window, and we elected to have our own installer and not pay their exorbitant installation fees. They use that to blackmail customers and not have to exchange ITEMS THEY DAMAGED. ALL THEIR MANAGERS NEED TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY SINCE THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER CARE! They DESERVE ZERO STARS.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
