If something is defective or breaks within a few days of trying to use it they will not exchange or refund the item. There puzzles and toys are extremely poor quality. Pieces and game boards are bent and don't stay together or flatten out enough to use them. So absolutely don't buy any of them intended for use by children. I would recommend no one shop at this store.
