- AMAnthony MobleyMar 24, 20261.0Friday March 20th I had a washer and dryer installed and the installer forgot to connect the washer drain hose into the drain pipe in my second floor washroom. Later that evening after washing my first load I came downstairs and discovered my entire kitchen was covered in water and water was leaking from the light fixtures over my island and into my living room carpet. The next morning I contacted the Reynolds Aaron's store to inform them of the situation and they stated that no manager was in so I would have to wait untill Monday for someone to contact me.onc3 Monday came the store manager did contact me first thing in the morning and stated that she would come out Tuesday morning at 8am to take pictures and file a claim, however once Tuesday arrived I sat and waited for several hours with no contact at all from the manager. After growing very frustrating I contacted that manager who told me she had overslept and would not be able to come out today so now it has been 5 days total that nothing has been done about the water trapped in my ceiling and now mold is becoming a major concern. Needless to say I would not recommend that anyone use the Reynoldsburg Aaron's store for any reason at all.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
