Husband and I went to your outlet store in Pickerington, Oh. Miles and Sage helped us. We fell in love with the white Edie sectional. Perfect for our space, exactly what I have been looking for. Unfortunately since it’s discontinued, we would have to buy the floor model. Fine. Noticed some black grease/dirt markings on the couch (one is clearly an handprint) and was told it could be cleaned for us before purchase. Perfect. Go back to purchase and are suddenly told they can no longer clean the couch for us, we would be responsible for cleaning it. Told us to buy your $40 cleaning kit and they could clean it right there in the store to show it would come clean. However, we were also told that if we got it home, and it would not come clean that a 30% cleaning and restocking fee would be applied to return it. So why in the world would you just not clean the thing beforehand?! Why was it even put out on the floor dirty to begin with? Something just isn’t adding up. I’m thinking cleaning was attempted and didn’t work and they were just trying to unload this couch that no one else is buying (for the same reason) on us. To clarify Miles and Sage were perfectly nice however I jus feels like the whole situation is “off” .

My friend and I had the best experience at this la-z-boy store. Myles, Meredith, and their whole team helped us and were so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. They helped us both find exactly what we wanted and got us a great deal. We are both so happy with our purchases. And honestly, the big difference for us was the staff. Each person was so friendly, especially Myles. We genuinely had so much fun with all the awesome personalities working there. We kind of want to go back again and just hang out. This kind of service means we’ll be customers for life.
Oh, and we’re so happy with our recliners and can’t wait for them to be delivered!

The sales team was very helpful and even stayed late waiting for us to choose our (4) chairs. Quality of chairs is high, as expected from LaZBoy. Delivery crew was excellent. One chair had a defect at the bottom of the seat, but getting a repair under warranty was painless and efficient
