- JBJim BluebaughApr 18, 20265.0Bought blocks today for a flower bed retaining wall. Two employees had to move pallets around with a Hilo to get the blocks down I needed. They proceeded to take the cart from the garden center to the front register. They waited til I paid and wheeled them to the other end if the store under the roof at the lumber department as it was pouring rain. They then loaded my truck for me. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I got my blocks loaded. I believe their names are Guy and David. I always get great customer service at the Perrysburg Lowe's but today was special. Employees like these make shopping better.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
