Lowe's made several mistakes during the process that delayed the installation and caused a lot not aggravation for me. The job was contracted out to a company out of Columbus, who have now been back twice to fix an issue with the gate they installed, and I have a feeling it will still need fixed again in the future due to Lowe's not delivering the concrete they needed to reset one of the poles. The process was a nightmare, and I very much regret my decision to go through Lowe's for this project. My advice to anyone considering using Lowe's for an installation project is to find out what companies they use and go read the reviews. Sounds like many people have had an awful experience. Please do yourself a favor and go with anyone but Lowe's.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
