When I walked in and told them the dimensions, they immediately pointed me in the right direction. The couches are very comfortable and versatile. They have great policies regarding returns and trial periods. I worked with Naomi and Logan and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I typically dread furniture shopping because of the salesmen but they are not commission based which removes the slimy sales pushing. I know they had my best interest in mind. I cannot wait to get our new sactional (sectional). I HIGHLY recommend them. Also, keep your eyes peeled for deals. We saved THOUSANDS for Labor Day.

Logan was there and walked me through the whole process, he was very honest on what would and wouldn’t work in our space and lifestyle - I appreciated that because it felt like he truly cared about making our space the best fit for us rather than getting a quick sale and us disliking it. My pros: - Clean store - Knowledge workers - Customizable in every way you can imagine - Tons of choices in fabric / comfort Cons: - The price difference of a couch with/without the speaker system - Not a higher back piece But, Logan made our experience feel very personable, if he sees this - thank you for your time! 🙂

The manager and our associate, Courtney were extremely knowledgeable about the company, products, and they were honest. I never once felt pressured or pushed to upgrade or buy more than I needed, and their attitude towards me never changed. I really recommend going into the store because the knowledge him and her both taught me was so much easier to understand then it would’ve been online, and for that I thank them both for their patience and time spent with me.
