When my son went to empty my unit he had to shovel 5ft of snow to even get the door open. When I called to complain about the price increase I was told they have no control over that, it's all handled by corporate. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Do your research and stay away this place. The "Extra" in their name stands for "Extra expensive" if you stay more than 3 months.

It’s essentially a strong-arm tactic and should probably be illegal.

In the past, they were more reasonable increases. This one has us going somewhere less expensive. And, yes there are places that offer the same at lower prices.
