The manager had a newer sales rep on the floor and instead of coming out her self to show the rep how things are done & answer my questions she had the young lady going back & forth. That wasted time so we eventually landed at the desk to do check outs which was weird itself because of how much the manager (Lauren) kept moving couldn’t stand still. At the end I was given the lab top that was on display without a box or my receipts. After getting home within literally 10 minutes I could not log in to the lab top. I give a call to ask for the code Lauren read me a code that didn’t work I asked if I could bring it in since I’m close she responded “Well you can tomorrow, we’re closed”. I told her I work all week during their business hours then she said if I’m around the corner “ yea bring it “. I go to the store to find the doors locked & the phone ringing from me calling since she decided to leave. I don’t know who said Lauren was good enough to manage or if they just pick whoever to work but they are doing a ridiculous job if I say so myself. I definitely should’ve picked up on the no box and thought of the code thing myself but for sure would’ve expected more of them thinking of such things since I’m not the one working.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
