- DCDiana CindleApr 3, 20261.0Ordered a brand new washer last Friday. They couldn't deliver it til wed. Then I hook it up and it's leaking all over my floor. Now I have to wait til next Wednesday to have someone look at it. so I'm paying for 2 weeks I can't use it and here I go with 6 kids to the Laundromat again Eta they came out wed to check it out. And they can't pick it up to be fixed til next tue Soooo 3 weeks and I haven't done one load of laundry

I got a washer and dryer from them 110 a month for 12 months the guy told us the 1st from was free and after paying it off 12 months we get a call saying we still owe them for another 6 more months I guess the the guy never put the discount they had going on for the washer and dryer in the system so what do you know we got over charged. Would never again rent to own from them I would have rather bought Straight out than being ripped off.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
