My favorite part is the staples knowing I can always find more of what I’m looking for! The spring kitchen stuff looks amazing, but I don’t know why the outdoor furniture is out already

- ACAlicia CutlerDec 21, 20251.0I visited the store the morning of December 20 to pick up a specific chocolate bar as part of a Christmas present. I had checked the store website the preceding day to make sure they had it in stock. When I arrived at the store, the chocolate bar was not on the shelf, so I asked an employee for help. I was told that they did have the item in stock but it had not been pulled off the delivery pallet yet. The employee advised me to place an online order through the website for store pickup. So I went home, put in the online order, and received a confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. The following day I picked up my order at the store; it was handed to me in a bag that was tied shut. I opened the bag after I got back into my car and discovered it was the wrong item. So I went back into the store and after waiting for the pickup person to talk to the stockroom folks, I was told they did not have the item I ordered in stock. I wasted two trips to this store simply because they cannot keep a reliable inventory system. Next time I will just order from Amazon.
