We've had them out to our house 3 times, twice for trimming, and once to take down a giant oak tree close to our house. I felt they did such a great job I used them to take out three trees on our churches property too. They are kind and respectful, and take the time to explain the best course of action for the health of a tree when trimming it and what is involved when taking a tree down. Their crew is fast, efficient and does a great clean-up afterwards. Being budget minded, they have the best prices that I've found. I highly recommend them.
