  Wonderful customer service from sales person & designer. So easy to work with. I have had positive experiences @ this store & would highly recommend them to friends & family. The quality of the furniture is another important aspect. Keep up the good work!

  Stephanie was great. She helped us find the right power loveseat for our space, and then helped us pick the perfect fabric for life with our dog & 5-year-old grandson, as well as great with our room's decor. We couldn't be happier!

  Purchased a new set of living furniture from La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted, Ohio on May 26, 2025. Worked with Stephanie Coughlin at the store. In selecting the fabric for the furniture I was VERY specific that I wanted fabric that would wear well and would not pill. I emphasized that our prior set of furniture from La-Z-Boy had met these specifications because the salesperson at that time directed me to fabric that would not be subject to pilling. The fabric I chose, I was told by Stephanie, would "wear like iron" and was not subject to pilling and we paid more for this "better" fabric. Further, I was told that if there were any issues with the fabric/furniture the warranty would cover them. The furniture was delivered to our home in late July 2025. Fastforward to December 2025 when we noticed the fabric on the recliner chairs was pilling...badly. The fabric on the sofa and loveseat have not had any pilling. I contacted La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted after the holidays and the gentleman I spoke with directed me to their customer service department and he also told me not to worry about the pilling...this would be covered under the warranty. We finally had a technician come to our home on March 25, 2026, to see the furniture and he told us the pilling is not covered under warranty and is considered normal and that the fibers from below are reaching through the top of the fabric and we would need to shave our furniture to get rid of the pills. He did shave the furniture while there and then left. To say I am angry is a understatement. I could not have been more specific when selecting the furniture about what I wanted in a fabric. I have reached out to Stephanie who sold us the furniture and helped me pick the fabric twice but have received no response. This is beyond disappointing. We chose and paid for what we were told was an upgraded fabric and after not even 6 months it is not wearing well at all nor can I get a response from Stephanie or their corporate office. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and La-Z-Boy did respond that the fabric is not covered for pilling and even admit that certain fabrics are more prone to it confirming that my request to be directed to a fabric that would NOT pill was justified but unfortunately, not honored. La-Z-Boy has offered nothing to make the situation better or even offered an apology for my being directed inappropriately and now I have 2 chairs that are not wearing well and look awful because the fabric is light and whatever is underneath is dark so it when pilling it looks like the fabric is dirty and not to mention these chairs cost a small fortune. I will never purchase furniture from La-Z-Boy again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of their blatant disregard for customer service and their salespeoples lack of proper training concerning fabric select and the warranty, or, maybe, they just care about making a sale. Beyond disappointing.

  We had an amazing experience working with Tony picking out two chairs as gifts for my parents. He really took his time and helped them both find the perfect fit and helped us also find the perfect price. The delivery process was easy and drivers were incredibly friendly and kind. My parents are loving their new chairs and showing off the comfort settings to all their company!
