Within 3 months the stuffing in the arms and head rests were showing indentations and within a year the stuffing in the armrests were pretty much gone. When I rested my elbow on it I felt nothing but wood. When I finally got someone from the customer service I was told that it would cost me $65 for them to come out and make sure it was their mistake and not something we did. Now we had to wait 6 months for our recliners and we are active people which meant we didn’t just sit in them all day long. I just couldn’t bring myself to pay $65. Also customer service said we were supposed to call them directly when we were told any problems to call the store. Either way I feel we were screwed. I have a la-z-boy recliner in our family room I bought in 1999 and it has more stuffing than the new ones. The price is way out of line for what we received. Yes I know this review is way over due but it has taken me this long to calm down enough not to say even worse things.
