  I came in for a pot for a plant I received from Petitti for Christmas and use my gift card. The cashier was helpful and got Robbie to assist. He was very knowledgable and assisted in finding the correct size pot, explained the process and even helped load everything in my car. Great customer service!

  Have had nothing but issues with tree from here. Just spent 90 dollars getting it fixed. Still doesn’t work. In order to get refund I have to bring it in AGAIN. Lesson learned. Shop local.

  Came in for a Christmas tree close to closing time. Mitchell was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, but most of all, patient while we made a decision. It was refreshing to have such excellent customer service. Highly recommend

  Several months ago I bought a number of shrubs from a local nursery in Massillon and unfortunately several of them died and the only condolences I got was they offered me 25% off of new ones, So I decided to go to Petitti’s in North Canton And bought half a dozen of their shrubs, which are guaranteed 100% for one full year! I was wandering aimlessly around until a young man named Tony came to my rescue and helped me pick out my shrubs and some small perennials and made my shopping trip a success. As an added bonus, the young lady that checked me out was very pleasant and very accommodating and overall, I would certainly highly recommend Petitti’s Garden center!
