  Called number which must be a national number but was directed to the local agent who said a tech would call and come out for no charge, the tech was over 45 minutes late, told me he could not duplicate the key but could replace my lock, he asked me to enter my contact information for what I thought he was saying would be a quote, I asked him for a estimate, he said 30 to 60, I said send me the quote, he said he could do the work now, I said for 30 or 60, he then quoted me for the lock and labor nearly $200, so I said no. He then told me there is a service fee. I asked him to remove my contact information and told him I was told no service fee. Hopefully this will be the end of the matter. Please be aware of their business practices!

  I’ve called a different Minute Key office and had no issues, but when I called this particular one that has my are listed, they received my zip code, then asked for my address and told me they don’t service my area and hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The other office had no issue coming out and collecting $140 dollars. Call anyone besides these guys!!
