The scheduling for deliveries/service calls is farmed out to a different provider who knows very little about the details of what's needed or expected to take place. We got the run around & got hung up on so many times by this third party, it's not funny. They still haven't removed a dishwasher from our Lowe's account that we wanted cancelled - we "bought" it back in June, four months ago! It wouldn't fit in our kitchen without extra cupboards getting cut apart. Installer refused & made lots of excuses for not ever coming back. No dishwasher but lots of interest charges on our balance. Lowe's of course continues charging interest on the balance while we wait for the amount to be taken off. Never again. Buyer beware! If you can't avoid buying at Lowe's, at least wait til you can pay cash & maybe pick it up yourself + have somebody else trustworthy install it for you. We heard Lowe's supports veterans so we wanted to support such a business. They made suckers out of us for sure.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
