  Horrible customer service at this store. On top of the rudeness from the floor employees, I had an awful experience in returns. Firstly, join the 21st century and bar code. I spent $250 in the store earlier in the week, I knew I was over buying as my daughter was coming home from college and she wanted to craft some decor for her apartment and she’d only be home for a short while. I asked at that time if I could return even if it was Christmas at 50% off. She said absolutely. Very nice. The return, not so much. The cashier struggled to find the stuff and circle it on the reciept. 2 paper crafts were rung under Xmas so she said, I have to give you cash for those. One of the items was not rung up, only rang 2 instead of three. 1.50 wooden letter. Prob the end of employment for the cashier that originally rang me out, because Riley, cashier doing the return could not wait to tell the manager that it wasn’t in the receipt. She got confused half way through and called a manager over and that’s when things went very south. The manager, Lesley, was so rude, basically telling me I shouldn’t have bought so much and I picked a terrible day to return stuff because the lines were long. They started all over again. And again the manager was huffing and puffing as though I was totally inconveniencing her by her having to help the very confused cashier. I have always feared making returns there because they are so rude about it and make you feel as though you should not dare bring stuff back. Here’s an idea HL, get with the program and scan, so it’s A quicker, B more accurate, C just better. Take lessons from Sams Club, their customer service is amazing! But your stores in Nile’s and Boardman Ohio do a terrific job at making the customers feel like they buy too much, they inconvenience them at check outs and they should definitely fear returning items. Best part is all of this happens while Christian music plays over the loud speakers. You need to do better HL.

  Disappointed with product description. Box measurements not accurate. The lid measured 12 inches , the box was actually smaller. Thankfully took a tape measure with me.

  Riley was fantastic in the framing department! We brought in a memorial canvas to have cut and framed and she exceeded our expectations!! She was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. My husband and I were almost in tears when we saw the completed result, and all of that work was only $20!!! She was FANTASTIC!!!!! The manager that was there was a little rude because she kept pulling her away to do other tasks even though she was just walking around but Riley handled it with an amazing attitude! Highly recommend!!!!
