Katherine from the cabinet section is unbelievably helpful and kind. She is definitely the one to ask for when you need help in that section. She will even go out of her way to make sure you are taking care of. It is hard to find that kind of customer service and caring anymore. Besides being a good worker she’s a great person. 👍

I had an order go horribly wrong. And Bill swooped in like a superhero and saved the day. The manager on duty at this store really shined bright today. Mistakes were made, but the end result was the best experience I've had at any Lowe's in Indiana and Ohio combined.
