    Two years ago we purchased a ge front load washer and the 3 year warranty, our door is locked jammed or malfunctioning, called customer service lowes in New philadelphia and they referred us to the warranty company which we had told them only bounced us around from person to person never actually talking to living person even with the purchased warranty they don't even try to help!! Were a very reliable customer purchasing thousands of dollars worth of items, whole kitchens, 6 picture window New appliances , no more new philadelphia lowes they suck for service!!! various number

    Recently, purchased a portable air conditioner through the Lowe's app. Picked it up in the New Philadelphia, Lowe's according to the app I have until September the 29th to return this air conditioner. Even let me start a return and everything gave me barcodeto scan for the return and told me to take it to this store, I drive 40 minutes to return it to New Philadelphia Lowe's for them to inform me that they will not accept it. Because it is past the return window of 48 hours. Went through several customer services and got nowhere. I would not recommend any lows to anybody after this or ordeal. Until now I was a loved Lowe's kind of person until now I willbe taking my business elsewhere. Definitely, would not recommend lowes to anyone.

    This Lowe's has a severe phone induced customer service problem. If they do not appear to be of grandparent age, don't waste your time asking. You'll get better answers from peers shopping around you. Good luck at the registers when you finally find things on your own. Every youth had to stop what they were watching on their phones to internet search what isle and bay items were in. Good luck shoppers

    Accused me of theft with an online pickup order when their employee messed up the order status after pickup and payment had occurred (the employee had given me the receipt). Very unprofessional way to cover up a store mistake. Watch yourself with the pickup staff and make sure to keep all receipts from this location.
