Went to buy a door tonight asked for help was not helped by two different employees loaded the door by myself and carried it to my truck place is an absolute joke I'll never be back wish I could rate this 0 stars
- SBSandy BarnesApr 24, 20263.0Our contractor ordered composite decking from you to be delivered Monday to Glenmont, Ohio. We just received the materials today, Friday. This driver was from New Philadelphia, Ohio, and said the Fairlawn driver was afraid of our steep driveway. Our driveway is on a very gentle slope, and is as flat as can be. I am thinking he was on the country road approaching our drive. I guess he, or someone, took our order to the New Philadelphia store, and had them deliver it to. Our workers sat today, waiting on the materials, for 4 hours, and went home at noon. So we were paying our workers to sit on the job, waiting for the materials to arrive. They were delivered at 3:15, today, Friday, the 24th. I sure hope there was some kind of reimbursement to the contractor. IF NOT, I DOUBT IF THEY WILL SEE ANY BUSINESS FROM ANY OF US INVOLVED. Not what I expected from a Lowes store.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
