    Bought a gas stove, paid for installation about $800. Dude comes out, stares at me the entire time even after I tried to hide in my room he's peering in through the door. Halfway does the install then says we need to buy another piece to attach the other end because they don't have it. They had no tools or idea what they are doing. Fast forward a week to find out they broke the gas line in my wall when they were improvising tools causing a gas leak which made all four of my children, my husband, my disabled mother-in-law all sick. I noticed it finally and contacted them promptly. The man working at Lowe's was the only helpful person but he directed me to support and everything else who passed the blame on and on. Finally landing on Beatrice Mendoza at The Hub Group. They offered me $300 for the entire thing (at this point I've been without a working range for 3 weeks) finally I resolve myself and say "fine". They send the check which everywhere refuses to cash so I call and they basically shrug their shoulders and say they'll get back to me. So a month after I buy the stove, almost thanksgiving, I still have no stove, no gas in my kitchen and no resolve. Now I've been on hold with support for over 20 mins when I asked for a supervisor because the lady there is dismissing me saying "they'll tell you the same thing." Well my kids got sick, this place is a disgusting joke. I'll be choosing anywhere else from now on. Thank you.

    Great products and an amazing staff!! The checkout line on the business side isn't helping. Long lines aren't for people who need the supply to get back to work or to get started.

    Poor service, waited in electrical for 20 min and nobody was around to unlock the wire. You’re better off going to Menards and the prices are much better….

    Went in 9 o’clock in the morning hardly anybody there just needed them to pull a piece of product off of the top shelf. They announced for an associate to come 15 minutes later and associate walks in sees the people beside of me who had just walked up help them for 10 minutes while talking about the weather, then walked back out, looked at me without even greeting me And left then end up driving to the next town over if I actually want my product
