Belt broke on zero turn first day used. Tried buying oil filters and nobody keeps them in stock. Tried returning zero turn and they refused, even having less than 5 hours on it AND being lied to about serviceable hydros. No long dealing with Lowe’s
- VSvanessa staceyMar 27, 20261.0hate going to lowe’s, always makes things so difficult. came in with a printed out order receipt but wouldn’t let me get it because i wasn’t the name on the order. mind you i just picked something up at a different lowe’s 2 days ago. not sure who the blue haired chick is but said some other customer had priority over me because they had a return and i just had to pick up an order but also get more things. she also continued to ignore me because “you can’t just have anyone coming in to pick stuff up” but i had the receipt with all the information. then continued to just say well it’s just the rules. i understand rules, what i don’t understand is how i can pick anything up from every other location with the exact same paper but then come to this one and they say oh no you can’t and then act like im not just sitting there at the counter. overall horrible experience and this is why home depot is the superior home improvement store. i’m writing this while sitting in an isle waiting for someone to come help load something but it’s been a good 15 minutes and no sign of an employee. i thought all the other lowe’s sucked, this is by far the worst one i’ve been to. the gals who helped me load the truck were marvelous though.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
