I asked one employee and he gave me a number of an isle, only the isle, not side or row or what it’s close to, to go find myself in the other side of the store away from the doors which I thought was weird. Never found it. So as I shopped for paint brushes I asked the paint guy. He looked very annoyed I was interrupting him from looking busy yet doing nothing. He seems to attempt to search and then walks away and starts doing something else. My husband gets involved and asked if he was still helping us and he said, did you look in isle 2. Which is the same place the other guy sent me. He wasn’t even going to tell me that or offer to help me find it or send someone that could. Everyone looks pissed off and unwilling to help. Now i appreciate my Huber Heights location that much more!

I came in to get a new toilet seat ; because little boys apparently can’t aim, and a blade-less ceiling fan because bunk beds and blade ceiling fans don’t mix. What started out as a poor decision worked out wonderfully. Employees waved and entertained my infant while I looked at fans, helped me pick out the perfect toilet seat cover, and when I grabbed the wrong wrong size cart one of the employees ran and got me another one without me even asking. I was asked “can I help you with anything” so many times I lost count. Thank you everyone for helping this mama out on such a stressful day.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
