People like Dirk needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. We consider his customer service exceptional.

I asked one employee and he gave me a number of an isle, only the isle, not side or row or what it’s close to, to go find myself in the other side of the store away from the doors which I thought was weird. Never found it. So as I shopped for paint brushes I asked the paint guy. He looked very annoyed I was interrupting him from looking busy yet doing nothing. He seems to attempt to search and then walks away and starts doing something else. My husband gets involved and asked if he was still helping us and he said, did you look in isle 2. Which is the same place the other guy sent me. He wasn’t even going to tell me that or offer to help me find it or send someone that could. Everyone looks pissed off and unwilling to help. Now i appreciate my Huber Heights location that much more!
