I waited 3 hours called back and was told I needed to have a credit card on file because the technician was already there had made a key and I refused to pay. Nobody was ever here, nobody ever called with a quote. I had to call back 4 times and finally the technician left a note saying $350. So glad they acted the way they did because they made look at other places and got it done for $215.
