I called August 15th, was put on hold for a few minutes (probably looking for my order which was never ordered). The order was not ready. He said it would be another few weeks to get it made. Called me September 10 stating statue was ready. Today (September 11th) I went to pick up the order. When I inspected the statue I noticed that one of the rabbit’s paws was broken. I brought this to the employees attention and was told, “that’s just how it comes out of the mold.” I later saw the original rabbit for the item and the advertised rabbit’s hand was not broken. I went to get a refund and the person was quite rude and dismissive. Why would he lie about the mold?

When i returned to my car, the owner approached yelling that i looked at her car, then threatened to call the police, for what i do not know. She continued to scream obscenities until we left. Troubled woman.

BEST prices you'll find on statuary and every fountain you could imagine is there, oh and if they don't have it they can order it for you. Our Asian lady is still on the side of MY house and every time I see her I think of my dad. Thanks Milford Fountain Specialist.
